Tugboat Captain – Puget Sound / Harbor | $130K+ | Predictable Rotation| 2 Weeks On / 2 Weeks Off

We’re hiring a Tugboat Captain to operate in one of the most dynamic and respected towing environments on the West Coast—Puget Sound and surrounding ports, including Canada.

💰 What You’ll Get
- $777.24/day
- Starting at $130,576+ annually
- 2 weeks on / 2 weeks off rotation (consistent schedule)
- 100% employer-paid health benefits (medical, dental, vision)

⚓ The Role
- Tug and barge operations throughout Puget Sound and Canadian ports
- Safe vessel handling in tight quarters, currents, and high-traffic waterways
- Leadership of crew and coordination with dispatch and port partners
This is a hands-on role for a captain who knows the region and takes pride in running a safe, efficient boat.
📜 What We’re Looking For
- Master (minimum 200 Ton)
- Towing Endorsement (Required)
- Valid Merchant Mariner Credential, TWIC, and Medical Certificate
- Ability to sail to/from Canada (passport required)
- Valid driver’s license
- Puget Sound towing experience required (minimum 2–5 years)
- Strong local knowledge of tides, currents, and ports
