We’re hiring a Tugboat Captain to operate in one of the most dynamic and respected towing environments on the West Coast—Puget Sound and surrounding ports, including Canada.

💰 What You’ll Get

• $777.24/day
• Starting at $130,576+ annually
• 2 weeks on / 2 weeks off rotation (consistent schedule)

⚓ The Role

• Tug and barge operations throughout Puget Sound and Canadian ports
• Safe vessel handling in tight quarters, currents, and high-traffic waterways
• Leadership of crew and coordination with dispatch and port partners

This is a hands-on role for a captain who knows the region and takes pride in running a safe, efficient boat.

📜 What We’re Looking For

• Master (minimum 200 Ton)
• Towing Endorsement (Required)
• Valid Merchant Mariner Credential, TWIC, and Medical Certificate
• Ability to sail to/from Canada (passport required)
• Valid driver’s license
• Puget Sound towing experience required (minimum 2–5 years)
• Strong local knowledge of tides, currents, and ports
