Master – Tugboat (West Coast) | $165K–$180K

💰What You’ll Get

• $922.50/day (includes ATO)
• $165,000–$180,000 annual equivalent
• 1 day paid time off earned for every day worked

⚓ The Role

• Command of tugs in West Coast towing operations
• Safe navigation and vessel handling in the waters of Western Alaska, Washington, and British Columbia
• Leadership of crew and coordination with shoreside operations
• Maintaining high standards of safety, compliance, and professionalism

You’ll be working with a team that understands tug operations and supports the crew—not the other way around.

📜 What We’re Looking For

• Master of Towing (Near Coastal or Oceans)
• Valid STCW and Medical Certificate
• Required endorsements (including Master, AFF, VSO)
• Current First Aid / CPR certification
• Ability to obtain HAZWOPER within 90 days
• Valid driver’s license and U.S. passport
• Experience as Master on the West Coast strongly preferred
• Ability to communicate clearly in English
