The Role

• Operate heavy equipment such as loaders in a safe and efficient manner
• Perform a variety of general tasks to support daily operations
• Conduct routine equipment checks and report any issues
• Follow safety procedures and site protocols at all times
• Work collaboratively with team members to meet production goals

📜 What We’re Looking For

• Reliable and self-motivated with a strong work ethic
• Ability to communicate effectively and work well in a team environment
• Strong organizational, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
• Previous heavy equipment operating experience preferred, but not required
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
