Take command of the engine room on ocean-going tugs transiting between Washington, Alaska, and Hawaii. We’re seeking a skilled Chief Engineer who wants a stable, well-compensated opportunity with potential for overtime.

💰 What You’ll Get

• $721.76/day starting (180 workdays/year)
• Annual earnings $131,721+ with potential $15,000–$20,000 additional from overtime & cargo time

🔧 Role Overview

• Full responsibility for the operation, maintenance, and repair of all mechanical equipment on the vessel
• Oversight of engine room systems and all associated tools and equipment
• Work aboard well-maintained ocean-going tugs transiting between Washington, Alaska, and Hawaii

This is a hands-on, high-responsibility position where you can use your skills to make a positive impact.

📜 What We’re Looking For

• Valid Merchant Mariner Credential (MMC)
• Valid USCG Medical Certificate with STCW
• TWIC card
• Valid driver’s license
• Minimum 2 years’ experience sailing as Engineer
• Strong troubleshooting, preventative maintenance, and leadership skills
